What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact services for the digital twin and enterprise insights platform.
• Drive the technical direction of the solution space and innovate within the existing technical foundation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Modelling, and DevOps teams to align technical goals.
• Manage interdependencies across different engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Balance rapid feature delivery for consumer-facing experiences with long-term stability and delivery commitments.
• Develop backend services using Python and Node.js.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Knowledge of Postgres, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and Celery.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in an early-stage startup environment.
• Track record of prioritizing quick delivery and iterative learning.
• Strong collaborative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a close-knit team.
