What you will do

• Lead and own the Jira and Confluence migration workstream from design through acceptance.
• Plan and execute the migration of approximately 300 Jira projects and 1,700 users across Atlassian environments.
• Manage large-scale Confluence content migrations from Cloud to Data Center environments.
• Assess and resolve plugin compatibility issues and migrate workflows, automation rules, and custom scripts.
• Develop migration runbooks, validation documentation, and cutover logs.
• Collaborate with IAM/Active Directory teams and client stakeholders to provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Engineer or Jira Administrator.
• Proven hands-on experience with complex Jira cross-instance migrations.
• Strong expertise in Jira Data Center administration and configuration.
• Solid understanding of Atlassian migration tools such as Appfire products.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments with formal change management procedures.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
