NOC Engineer

What you will do

• Provide first-level technical support and preliminary investigation of customer issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems via web portal, telephone, and email
• Manage and track customer issues, prioritizing and setting expectations
• Collaborate with technical support, QA, development, and account teams
• Document issues and contribute to knowledge base development
• Support web-based support initiatives and monitor ongoing processes

Requirements

• Must be located in Ukraine and able to work remotely
• 2+ years experience in IT, enterprise/datacenter software or SaaS support
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, research, and customer service skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS)
• Technical certification or academic degree
