What you will do

• Lead and oversee a 60–70 person multidisciplinary R&D organization including product, engineering, cloud, security, and AI operations teams.
• Translate business strategy and product vision into actionable development roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems and the integration of acquired technologies into a unified ecosystem.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, forecasting, and resource allocation for the R&D function.
• Foster collaboration across global teams, coordinating between onsite and offshore engineering groups.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary R&D or engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and software delivery practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies, AI-driven transformation, or enterprise platform modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational performance.
• Must be based in the United States.
