What you will do
- Launch and own new services from scratch, specifically card issuing and mass payouts.
- Shape the long-term product strategy for the Treasury direction beyond simple roadmap execution.
- Conduct continuous customer discovery and user interviews with B2B clients to refine product solutions.
- Translate partner documentation and complex API specifications into actionable product decisions.
- Manage the full development lifecycle from RFC and PRD to production in a cross-functional team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a product company.
- Proficiency in working with technical products, including reading API docs and integration specs.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv.

- Experience with B2B products and understanding of business customer lifecycles.
- Professional background in payments or fintech.
- Proven experience in launching new products.
