What you will do

• Launch and own new services from scratch, specifically card issuing and mass payouts.
• Shape the long-term product strategy for the Treasury direction beyond simple roadmap execution.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and user interviews with B2B clients to refine product solutions.
• Translate partner documentation and complex API specifications into actionable product decisions.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from RFC and PRD to production in a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a product company.
• Proficiency in working with technical products, including reading API docs and integration specs.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv.

• Experience with B2B products and understanding of business customer lifecycles.
