What you will do

• Conduct and translate user research to uncover latent needs and drive product experience strategy.
• Create compelling visual and verbal concepts to communicate forward-facing designs.
• Simplify ambiguous problem spaces into intuitive, prioritized user experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Quality teams to define requirements and deliver digital experiences.
• Advocate for accessibility and design excellence, overseeing projects from concept to release.
• Measure and own the outcomes of design solutions against product needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (specific cities: Lincoln, Omaha, Kansas City, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, or Phoenix).
• Proven expertise in UX design with a robust portfolio featuring user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
• Experience with iterative prototyping and wireframing techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to think holistically about product ecosystems and complex user interactions.
