Working Student Marketing (DACH)

TL;DR

Working Student Marketing (SaaS): Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and content for the DACH region with an accent on content creation and GTM initiatives. Focus on developing B2B content, managing HubSpot CRM, and coordinating marketing events.

Location: Fully remote, must be based in Germany

What you will do

• Create content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns leveraging AI tools.
• Maintain and update website content using HubSpot CMS.
• Own and manage the monthly marketing newsletter, including coordination and performance tracking.
• Assist the Research team in preparing marketing reports and studies, including questionnaire setup and data prep.
• Support PR activities and localize global product content and sales materials for the DACH market.
• Manage CRM data hygiene in HubSpot and coordinate logistics for marketing events like webinars and trade fairs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (minimum 1 year remaining).
• Highly fluent in both German and English (C1+).
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing and SaaS environments.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, CMS platforms, or AI tools.
