What you will do

• Own the day-to-day execution of the social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, product launches, and industry trends.
• Transform source materials like reports, webinars, and customer stories into diverse formats including carousels and short-form videos.
• Write sharp, platform-native copy and collaborate with designers and marketers to move content from idea to publication.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for engagement and audience growth.
• Integrate new AI-powered workflows and creative formats into the content production process.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City or Paris.
• Proven experience managing and growing large social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of B2B content performance and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Canva, and CapCut.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
