What you will do
- Support communications and marketing tasks within the Office of the CEO.
- Drive online marketing activities with a focus on social media and website development.
- Create communication assets, including visuals, presentations, and documents, for internal and external audiences.
- Design internal communication assets such as newsletters, SharePoint content, blog posts, and MS Teams channels.
- Assist with the planning, organization, and follow-up of events, as well as political and business meetings.
Requirements
- Must be a student at a university or university of applied sciences (preferred fields: marketing, communications, economics, or political science).
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week.
Nice to have
- First experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
