What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events.
• Coordinate organizational processes and liaise with internal and external contacts.
• Implement marketing campaigns and create visual content (invitations, digital screens) using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Ensure a consistent brand presence according to CI/CD guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including reach and participant engagement.
• Derive and implement optimization measures for future events and campaigns.

Requirements

• Active enrollment in a German university (advanced Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to support events on-site.
• Interest in a long-term collaboration of at least 1 year.

• Previous practical experience in event management, marketing, or project management.
