What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product qualification strategies across wafer, slider, and HGA levels.
• Optimize supply chain by driving second-site strategies and managing material constraints to ensure sustainable supply.
• Serve as the focal point for resolving product-level issues, conducting root cause analysis, and managing executive communication.
• Execute Critical Yield Plans (CYP) and Yield Improvement Plans (YIP) to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional global teams and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Science (Physics, Materials, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred).
• Extensive program/project management experience in multi-site engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing value chains and product qualification flows.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at both technical and leadership levels.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with yield management frameworks (CYP / YIP).
• Exposure to global S&OP processes and supply-demand planning.
• Experience working across multiple international sites and time zones.
