What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product qualification strategies across wafer, slider, and HGA levels.
- Optimize supply chain by driving second-site strategies and managing material constraints to ensure sustainable supply.
- Serve as the focal point for resolving product-level issues, conducting root cause analysis, and managing executive communication.
- Execute Critical Yield Plans (CYP) and Yield Improvement Plans (YIP) to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Lead cross-functional global teams and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Science (Physics, Materials, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred).
- Extensive program/project management experience in multi-site engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing value chains and product qualification flows.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at both technical and leadership levels.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with yield management frameworks (CYP / YIP).
- Exposure to global S&OP processes and supply-demand planning.
- Experience working across multiple international sites and time zones.
