What you will do

• Manage resources to integrate new projects and improve production and administrative processes to optimize conversion costs.
• Ensure full compliance with customer requirements.
• Implement CAPEX projects and investment plans to increase business profitability and market entry.
• Improve and maintain productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency across operational lines.
• Manage the implementation of plant-level CAPEX projects and ensure tooling meets expected service life.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in the automotive industry and production processes.
• 2 years of experience in administrative project management, machinery relocation, and new product development.
• Expertise in automotive parts manufacturing processes and product design.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools, Core Tools, SMED, and OEE.
