What you will do

• Oversee billing, pricing, and reconciliation activities ensuring strict accuracy and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to drive high performance and quality of output.
• Manage complex vendor and reseller issues, acting as the primary escalation point for financial or operational impact.
• Drive the delivery of regional reports and dashboards using Excel, BI tools, and automation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives, including AI adoption and transformation efforts.
• Maintain SOPs and provide ongoing coaching, training, and onboarding support for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically pivot tables, macros, and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or UiPath.
• Exposure to AI/ML and intelligent automation use cases.
• Experience with Cloud Products, CRM, ERP, or financial systems.
