What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for FS Resilience and Market Data Observability.
• Conduct primary customer discovery with Tier 1 investment banks, exchanges, and clearing houses to anchor the roadmap in real needs.
• Lead the discovery, definition, and launch of the new Market Data Observability product line.
• Collaborate with AI and Platform teams to integrate agentic SRE capabilities into resilience workflows.
• Develop commercial constructs, including pricing and packaging, to convert capabilities into scalable ARR.
• Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings, and regulator roundtables.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software for regulated industries.
• Deep domain expertise in capital markets front office, market data infrastructure, or financial operational resilience frameworks (e.g., DORA).
• Strong knowledge of the observability landscape, including metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry, and AIOps.
• Proven ability to lead conversations with C-level stakeholders (CTO, CISO, Head of Production).
• Excellent written communication skills for producing concise technical and executive documentation.
• Experience defining commercial constructs and pricing for product lines.
