What you will do

• Define and own a 3–4 quarter Trading roadmap aligned with company OKRs, customer outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead discovery, evaluate opportunities, and produce data-informed recommendations with stakeholder input.
• Prioritise initiatives across trading, settlement, custody, and operational processes, balancing customer value, risk, operational impact, and engineering effort.
• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery artefacts; drive Definition of Ready/Done and launch readiness reviews.
• Own third-party and vendor governance, including controls, documentation, evidence management, and ongoing performance reviews.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, run post-incident reviews, and translate learnings into product and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning complex fintech, trading, or platform products, including building large-scale backend systems and operational capabilities from zero to production.
• Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle, settlement processes, custody operations, corporate actions, and related operational risks.
• Proven experience defining roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks, and measurable success metrics.
• Experience in regulated financial services with governance, controls, audit requirements, and operational resilience.
• Ability to run structured discovery, analyse complex problems, and make data-informed decisions.
• English fluency at C1 level and above.
