What you will do
- Develop and execute the regional Films category strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with regional film suppliers and monitor market, raw material, and supplier innovation trends.
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and total cost of ownership initiatives.
- Track supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on supplier issue resolution plans.
- Collaborate with Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supplier Management.
- Fluent English is required.
- Knowledge of SAP procurement modules, including MM, Purchasing, and Vendor Management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, with experience working with large datasets.
- Experience in supplier performance management, KPI development, management reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder communication.
