What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for Stake’s mobile applications from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
• Translate web-based features and flows into intuitive, native mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
• Ensure high UX and UI craft aligned with platform guidelines, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Use research, data, and experimentation to validate design decisions and improve user outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align cross-platform journeys and design systems.
• Design for scale, performance, and international audiences while maintaining ecosystem consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex, end-to-end projects.
• Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) at scale.
• Deep knowledge of mobile UX patterns, performance constraints, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems and scalable design practices.
• Strong ability to translate web products into native mobile experiences.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on implementation, handoff, and QA.

Nice to have

• Interest or exposure to gaming or emerging technologies such as AI.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Jira.
