What you will do

• Drive the full design process for consumer web and mobile products, from early ideation to shipping-ready UI.
• Utilize Figma and AI tools to validate design decisions and communicate concepts.
• Maintain and expand the company design system to ensure cross-platform consistency.
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and research to identify and solve user pain points.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with success metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and a user-centered approach.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to communicate design reasoning clearly without jargon.
• Availability for a 6-month contract with potential for extension.
