hirify.global Media Group is a gaming media company that operates Omnidex, a technology platform connecting advertisers with premium publishers through direct integrations and proprietary first-party data.

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new publisher prospects within gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and pitching to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with legal and leadership to define partnership structures and pricing models.
  • Partner with Ad Ops and Product teams to ensure smooth technical integrations for SSP and header bidding.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to gather market intelligence and build network.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial, publisher-facing role within ad tech.
  • Proven track record of closing supply deals and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic monetization, including SSPs, header bidding, and Prebid.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline.
  • Must be comfortable with travel for industry events and partner meetings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
