TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 on-site technical support for users at assigned healthcare facilities.
  • Resolve user incidents and service requests, ensuring consistency by leveraging and drafting knowledge-base articles.
  • Perform installation and relocation of endpoint equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with site technicians to ensure the timely closure of tasks and requests.
  • Act as an IT ambassador, building relationships with campus personnel and gathering customer feedback.
  • Participate in organization-wide on-call rotations for high-priority endpoint support issues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience in IT support or a CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Basic knowledge of PCs, mobile devices, endpoint operating systems, and peripherals (including printers).
  • Working knowledge of information security principles and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be physically located and able to work on-site at hirify.global facilities in Pickerington, OH.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related support field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
  • Knowledge of Service-Now, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and CMDB.
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare environment.
