What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate tendering activities for digital solutions in collaboration with Regional Service Centres.
  • Maintain and improve digital solution calculation tools to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
  • Develop and update documentation for new digital products, including methodologies and calculation logic.
  • Support market positioning and pricing strategies for digital service products.
  • Train and support Regional Service Centres in promoting and tendering digital solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships and optimize commercial and contractual positions.

Requirements

  • Experience with automation, digital products, and proven track record in solution selling.
  • Several years of experience in sales, proposal management, or product management within the power industry.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Advanced experience in negotiation and contract management.
  • Ability to travel moderately (15–30% annually).
  • Knowledge of digital products in Waste-to-Energy (WtE) or RG plants is an advantage.
