What you will do

• Plan and approve orders to maximize available capacity, including building multi-stop truckloads.
• Coordinate load tendering, shipment execution, and daily operational communication to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments from origin to destination and proactively resolve service disruptions and delays.
• Source, secure, and assign transportation capacity across carrier networks and brokerage partners.
• Manage dispatching, carrier assignments, shipment visibility, and status tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations, including FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or brokerage operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with internal and external partners.
• High attention to detail, organization, and a sense of urgency.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with TL, PTL, LTL, or specialized freight operations.
• Familiarity with TMS, load boards, carrier portals, or shipment visibility processes.
• Exposure to transportation regulations and operational compliance requirements.
