What you will do

• Lead a high-performing engineering team in Bellevue focused on AI/BI Dashboards.
• Oversee recruitment of top-tier frontend and visualization talent and foster a culture of mentorship.
• Implement the AI/BI product vision, specifically focusing on "BI Takeout" initiatives to replace legacy tools.
• Ensure the visualization platform remains high-performing, reliable, and easy to operate.
• Manage technical debt, including framework migrations and performance optimizations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bellevue, Washington
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web frontend development, preferably with React and MobX.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams in a product environment.
• Deep interest or experience in data visualization and charting libraries like D3.js or Vega-Lite.
• Proven track record of attracting, hiring, and retaining top engineering talent.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, and AI Research teams.
