What you will do

• Architect, develop, and operate the Sales Intelligence Platform (SIP) for real-time ingestion and streaming of voice, video, and email data.
• Construct high-availability, large-scale distributed architectures for client-facing environments.
• Build and optimize big data pipelines utilizing Apache Flink.
• Act as a CI/CD champion, mentoring teams in automation and industry best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to generate intelligent insights that boost sales productivity.

Requirements

• Must be located in or authorized to work in San Francisco, California.
• Degree in Computer Science (B.S. required, M.S. preferred).
• 7+ years of experience architecting and managing durable distributed systems for enterprise cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience building high-availability big data pipelines with Flink.
• Proficiency in OOP with mastery in Java, Go, Python, C++, or Ruby.
• Extensive knowledge of public cloud frameworks (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to have

• Expertise with Kafka and open-source ecosystems like Spark, Storm, Cassandra, Zookeeper, and MongoDB.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Spinnaker, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Background in creating enterprise-grade, AI-driven sales solutions.
