What you will do

• Build performant, mobile-optimized ad growth experiences on ads.hirify.global.com and partner platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Translate business goals and product requirements into clear technical plans and high-quality user experiences.
• Break down ambiguous problems into iterative, shippable milestones to ensure steady progress.
• Manage the full development cycle: design, develop, test, experiment, analyze, and deploy.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Designers to improve advertiser activation and long-term success.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture through thoughtful code reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript and Javascript.
• Experience building responsive, data-intensive web applications with a focus on performance.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for building maintainable and well-structured systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in ad tech.
• Background working on high-traffic, premier consumer-facing websites at scale.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation infrastructure.
