What you will do

• Define and lead the technical strategy for the ClickHouse web platform.
• Architect and maintain the marketing website and supporting systems using Next.js, React, and Strapi.
• Contribute meaningful production code as a hands-on player/coach.
• Improve platform performance, accessibility, reliability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with Design, Content, and Demand Generation teams to evolve SEO and A/B testing infrastructure.
• Build and grow a high-performing web engineering team through hiring and mentoring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience building modern web platforms with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong software architecture and systems design expertise.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, specifically Strapi.
• Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility, and analytics integrations.
• Must be based in the United States.
