Salary: $137,500 – $220,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for GenAI and ML platform capabilities, aligning investments with business priorities.
• Translate complex platform and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Drive the adoption and usability of internal AI platform tools and workflows to ensure scalability across teams.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through launch and iterative improvement.
• Utilize data and experimentation to evaluate performance and inform prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate across technical domains to deliver incremental value while supporting a long-term platform vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning product initiatives.
• Experience delivering technical products or platform capabilities in close partnership with engineering teams.
• Experience supporting GenAI, machine learning platforms, or developer platforms.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to guide strategy and measure outcomes using data.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated ability to scale products from early-stage concepts to broad adoption.
• Previous technical experience as a software engineer or machine learning scientist.
• Masters or PhD degree in a technical discipline.
