What you will do

• Design and deploy AI-augmented workflows using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Build natural language interfaces and conversational AI systems from the user interface to the backend.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and finance teams to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value.
• Lead AI solutions from concept to production, establishing quality baselines and tracking business outcome metrics.
• Diagnose workflow bottlenecks and architect AI solutions that can be sustained independently by business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency in AI-native development tools such as Cursor, OpenAI Codex, or Claude Code.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms/frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Copilot Studio).
• Strong full-stack development skills with modern programming languages.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and spoken communication) required.
• Location: Must be based in North Reading, MA, US.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, Graph API, Azure AI Search).
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, OpenClaw), local model inference (Ollama), and MCP.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, or prompt engineering.
• Backend experience in data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or MLOps.
