Salary: $172,000–$225,700 per year

What you will do
- Architect, build, deploy, and monitor end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Develop generative AI, agentic AI, LLM-based systems, machine learning solutions, and probabilistic models.
- Design evaluations, experiments, benchmarks, and quantitative analyses for AI system performance.
- Build rapid prototypes and production-grade AI applications, pipelines, and APIs.
- Establish AI development and responsible AI deployment practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, influence senior leadership, and mentor junior talent.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, NLP, LLMs, generative AI, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Experience building, deploying, and scaling production AI systems.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration frameworks.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Bedrock AgentCore, AWS Strands, Azure, and MCP/A2A protocols.
- Experience developing and evaluating AI systems in regulated industries.
- Knowledge of causal inference, optimization, Bayesian methods, SQL, database design, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Published research, significant open-source contributions, or a strong record of applied scientific rigor.
