What you will do

• Lead the design and development of high-speed validation boards supporting 224G and 448G PAM systems
• Collaborate with SI/PI, package, schematic, and layout teams to ensure system performance targets are achieved
• Perform system-level validation and correlate simulations with lab measurements
• Define and optimize end-to-end channel performance across PCB, package, and interconnects
• Integrate Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) considerations into early development stages
• Contribute to design methodologies and best practices for high-speed hardware development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in hardware design (schematic, layout, debug)
• Experience with high-speed interfaces including PAM4, DDR, and PCIe
• Strong understanding of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity fundamentals
• Proficiency in channel simulation and modeling using SystemVue, COM, ADS, or equivalents
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information as defined under applicable law

Nice to have

• Experience with Cadence Allegro
• Hands-on lab experience with VNA and oscilloscopes
