Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually, with potential annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead technical account strategies and execution plans for strategic customers, moving Databricks use cases from technical win through onboarding, go-live, and healthy production consumption.
• Act as the accountable technical leader and first point of contact for production issues and technical questions across multiple customer use cases.
• Develop roadmaps covering enablement, user growth, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and governance.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Run discovery workshops, define delivery plans, and create proposals for Professional Services engagements.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, adoption, and use-case progress to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accountability for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business-value attribution, and complex delivery programs.
• Experience managing accounts, stakeholders, resources, executive escalations, discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, and complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
