Salary: $102,000 - $154,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Architect FHIR-compliant data models, ensuring alignment with specific implementation guides (IGs), profiles, and internal standards.
• Design and operationalize sophisticated data harmonization and enrichment strategies to unify data streams from EHRs, HIEs, and claims.
• Implement scalable data models and integration solutions following industry best practices.
• Establish rigorous validation frameworks and automated rules to ensure clinical accuracy and longitudinal integrity of data assets.
• Develop clear technical documentation to communicate data design requirements to engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical informatics, data integration, or data architecture within healthcare or life sciences.
• Proficiency in interoperability standards: HL7 v2, FHIR CDA/CCD-A, NCPDP, and data models (FHIR R4/R5, OMOP).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Jupyter Notebooks.
