What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end agentic product experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and APIs.
• Translate customer insights and organizational adoption patterns into strategic product direction.
• Develop AI-powered tools for code review, application generation, and workflow automation.
• Partner with research teams to transform new model capabilities into reliable customer-facing features.
• Implement enterprise-grade capabilities including identity, governance, permissions, and compliance.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on product telemetry and direct customer feedback.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with a track record of shipping production-ready customer products.
• Experience building SaaS, developer tools, workflow systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into successful, high-impact products.
• Proficiency across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and product design.
• Experience with enterprise software concepts like permissions, governance, and compliance.
• Must be based in San Francisco or Seattle.
