What you will do

• Develop full-stack experiences including onboarding flows, activation nudges, and billing interfaces.
• Design, run, and iterate on A/B tests to optimize the user funnel.
• Define and track success metrics to drive trial-to-paid conversion and user activation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to shape growth strategy.
• Build robust tracking and experiment infrastructure to inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Business-owner mindset with a focus on driving outcomes over perfect code.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, experimentation, or billing products.

Nice to have

• Experience at a product-led growth (PLG) company.
• Background in analytics, data tools, or developer-focused products.
• Familiarity with growth loops and activation frameworks.
• Previous founder or early-stage startup experience.
