Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week) based out of San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY

Salary: $160,000 - $265,000

What you will do

• Lead the development of AI-powered features within the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with the Research team on model prompting and context optimization.
• Own and scale the agent infrastructure powering data agents.
• Build experimentation tooling for rapid AI feature delivery.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams for seamless platform integration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and systems design.
• Proven experience leading and executing major product initiatives.
• Deep understanding of web infrastructure and browser internals.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from San Francisco or New York City
