What you will do

• Define the overarching design vision and ensure a cohesive experience across the entire product platform.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing product design team.
• Own the end-to-end product experience from initial discovery and concepting to final execution.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape the roadmap and ship impactful features.
• Translate complex AI-driven workflow problems into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency and development velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in fast-growing startup environments.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX, product thinking, and visual design skills.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products or professional workflow tools.
• Ability to operate fluidly between high-level product strategy and hands-on design execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
