What you will do

• Own end-to-end release management to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
• Enforce change safety standards including feature flags, risk assessments, and bug bashes.
• Lead horizontal reliability initiatives to improve test coverage and incident response readiness.
• Define and report on key reliability metrics such as MTTR, SLI, and change failure rates.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and track corrective actions to completion.
• Oversee vendor reliability and SLA compliance through performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or release management in SaaS environments.
• Prior experience working as a Software QA or Test Engineer.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows, release cycles, and infrastructure planning.
• Proven track record of building scalable systems and processes.
• Ability to distill complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with incident management tools like PagerDuty or Incident.io.
• Experience with monitoring stacks such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
