Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage client accounting engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, and comprehensive financial analysis.
• Prepare grant invoices and reports, and assist with grant lifecycle tracking.
• Review deliverables, manage workflows, and provide guidance and support to junior staff.
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with nonprofit clients.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Working hours must align with EST to facilitate effective collaboration.
• CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sage Intacct.
• Specific expertise in grant management.
