What you will do

• Own and govern SAP PM and maintenance system capabilities across all manufacturing sites to ensure consistent usage.
• Lead the development and governance of corporate maintenance standards aligned with the overall reliability strategy.
• Design, configure, test, and validate SAP PM solutions and enhancements before enterprise-wide deployment.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and decision authority for SAP PM design and configuration.
• Develop training and standard work for planners and maintenance teams, serving as a technical mentor.
• Align MRO system elements, including equipment BOMs, procurement processes, and storeroom practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP PM, including preventive maintenance, task lists, and master data governance.
• Experience in maintenance systems, reliability, or asset management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, validate, and implement system solutions across multiple sites.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record meeting company standards.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments with exposure to loud noise, temperature extremes, and industrial conditions.
