What you will do

• Execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across all business functions including finance, marketing, and fulfillment.
• Oversee end-to-end operational areas such as order processing, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
• Build and maintain critical relationships with external partners, market makers, and depositories.
• Collaborate with technology leadership to implement scalable systems and operational tools.
• Develop KPIs and reporting structures to drive accountability and operational efficiency.
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or business management.
• Background in financial services, commodities, banking, or capital markets.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, transaction processing, and logistics.
• Experience managing CRM, inventory, and order management systems.
• Must be based in or open to relocating to Fargo, North Dakota.
