What you will do

• Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Provide strategic tax guidance and resolve advanced technical tax issues for clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax managers and staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, leading tax planning and entity structuring initiatives.
• Contribute to firm growth through business development, networking, and cross-selling services.
• Optimize workflow and practice management processes to improve firm efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA license required
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge across diverse tax entities and industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex engagements and deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-service skills
• Demonstrated interest in long-term growth and partnership within a CPA firm

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Director or Senior Manager with partner-level exposure
• Business development or client origination experience
• Familiarity with tax software and workflow systems used in public accounting
