What you will do
- Develop end-to-end planning solutions for buyers, suppliers, financial planners, and merchandisers.
- Translate retail processes and business requirements into system logic and reusable solution components.
- Support testing, validation, and the creation of audit-ready outputs.
- Prepare documentation, demos, and solution assets.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog and priorities.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in retail planning, supply chain planning, financial planning, or solution development.
- Familiarity with merchandising processes.
- Experience with planning platforms.
- Based in or working from Chiasso, Switzerland.
