Intern - AI for Sustainability Reporting (AI/CSRD): Supporting CSRD implementation and sustainability reporting at a specialty chemicals company with an accent on AI prompt development, digital tools, KPI creation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on structuring reporting processes, analyzing regulatory requirements, documenting project outcomes, and collaborating with internal departments and external auditors.
Location: Hybrid role based in the Pratteln office, Switzerland

What you will do
- Develop prompts and skills using proprietary AI tools and Claude.
- Support the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Help create reporting processes, key performance indicators, and written content.
- Coordinate with Group Technology & Strategy, Procurement, Finance, Business Units, Compliance, and Human Resources.
- Communicate with external partners, including the external auditor, and support project management.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and document decisions and action items.
Requirements
- Degree in Sustainability.
- Experience with AI, digitalization, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
