What you will do

• Commute to patient homes to provide diagnostic and preventative care services.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and other diagnostic exams.
• Ensure proper labeling and coordination of specimen drop-offs to labs.
• Maintain accurate charting using mobile technology and HIPAA-secure messaging.
• Build warm, professional connections with a diverse range of patients.
• Prepare and manage medical supplies and PPE for daily appointments.

Requirements

• Must hold state-required licensure, certification, or proof of training.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
• Previous experience in venipuncture.
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Must provide proof of vaccination/immunity for COVID, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, and TDaP.
