What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, and Python.
• Architect end-to-end deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodeBuild) for AWS and Databricks.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including container scanning, secrets management, and compliance-as-code.
• Establish production monitoring, alerting, log aggregation, and incident response infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering teams to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce cycle time from commit to production.
• Build self-service capabilities to empower product teams and remove infrastructure blockers.

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Deep experience programmatically managing infrastructure through Python and APIs.
• Strong production AWS expertise in EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, KMS, and S3.
• Experience designing and building CI/CD pipeline infrastructure at scale.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (GxP, SOC2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP).
• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• AWS Solution Architect Professional certification.
• Experience with managed databases (Aurora, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of Policy-as-code (OPA/Rego, Sentinel, or AWS SCPs).
