TL;DR

Chief Revenue Officer (SaaS): Leading revenue growth and go-to-market strategy to scale a European SaaS from mid-teens to €50M+ ARR with an accent on building a predictable revenue engine and hybrid SaaS + services GTM. Focus on maturing RevOps capabilities, designing multi-market commercial strategies, and aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Location: Fully Remote (focused on European markets)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end commercial strategy and execution to scale revenue from mid-teens to €50M+ ARR.
  • Design and scale a hybrid commercial model combining SaaS and services across multiple European markets.
  • Mature RevOps capabilities, including forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategy, pricing, packaging, and market expansion plans.
  • Build and lead a cohesive commercial engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership in Product, Tech, and Finance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling a European B2B SaaS from ~€10M to at least €30M ARR.
  • Experience operating a hybrid GTM model combining SaaS and services/implementation components.
  • Success building and leading senior sales organisations across 4+ European markets.
  • Experience in post-acquisition commercial integration.
  • English: B2+ proficiency required for multi-market leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulatory, compliance, or legal-tech environments.
