What you will do

• Develop medium to long-term category strategies for various Marketing sub-categories.
• Execute strategic sourcing processes, including building cost models and launching RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements to achieve cost-saving goals.
• Manage supplier performance, risk mitigation, and capability development.
• Oversee team objective setting, performance management, and career growth.
• Act as an escalation point for the source-to-contract (S2C) team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in contracts, negotiations, procurement, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in marketing procurement.
• Hands-on knowledge of agency negotiations, media planning, and advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica.
