Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to tax staff and identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Assist in managing client expectations and engagement timelines.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for tax review procedures.

Requirements

• CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Experience with tax preparation and accounting, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to professionally engage with clients verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with tax software and computer systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements.
• Experience with ClickUp, CCH/Engagement, and QuickBooks.
