What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and recruiting priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track metrics.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
