TL;DR

Salary: $200K – $270K + Equity

What you will do

• Own progressive delivery strategies including canary, blue/green, automated rollbacks, and soak periods.
• Manage the GitOps workflow across multiple Kubernetes clusters and regions using ArgoCD.
• Develop on-demand environment tooling, preview environments, and cell-creation tools.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and Docker for numerous services.
• Establish SLAs and feedback loops, treating the internal developer platform as a product for hirify.global engineers.

Requirements

• Platform-as-a-product mindset with a focus on internal developer experience.
• Experience operating Pulumi (TypeScript) or Terraform at scale (40+ stacks, multi-region).
• Proven track record of running ArgoCD or equivalent GitOps tools in multi-cluster environments.
• Hands-on experience building progressive delivery systems with automated rollback capabilities.
• Ability to design complex CI/CD pipelines for multiple services using GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go for platform services.
• Experience in DevEx or Platform teams at mid-stage infra-heavy companies (e.g., Vercel, Temporal, Cockroach).
